Refund Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Deposit Policy A $50 deposit is required to book an iv appointment. Your deposit is applied toward the cost of your treatment. If you cancel or reschedule at least two hours before your scheduled appointment, you may choose a refund of your deposit or apply it to a new appointment. If you cancel with less than two hours’ notice or miss your appointment, the $50 deposit is forfeited. For your safety, we will not provide treatment if you arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs and impairment could affect safe treatment or informed consent. In that situation, your appointment will be canceled and the $50 deposit will be forfeited. All treatments are subject to clinical assessment. If your treating clinician determines that iv treatment is not medically appropriate for you and treatment has not begun, we will refund your deposit. If Brite Side IV cancels your appointment for another reason, we will also refund your deposit. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
